Urbint, an AI resiliency platform for utilities and critical infrastructure, has acquired StormImpact, an AI company that predicts storm, wildfire, and flood risk to utility infrastructure. The acquisition integrates StormImpact’s weather-impact modeling into Urbint’s Storm Response tools to help utilities pre-stage crews, allocate resources, and increase grid resiliency against extreme weather.
