Summit Hosting, a cloud and application hosting provider based in Alpharetta, Georgia, has acquired Handy Networks to expand its server hosting, application hosting, colocation, HIPAA-compliant hosting, and backup/disaster recovery capabilities. The acquisition will increase Summit Hosting's customer base and add complementary technical expertise and service offerings aimed at the SMB marketplace and regulated end markets.
