TEAM Software, a provider of cloud-based operations, financial and workforce management solutions for janitorial and security contractors, acquired Lighthouse, a mobile workforce management platform with offices in Oakland, California and Melbourne, Australia. The acquisition adds mobile forms, workflows, guard touring and real-time location tracking capabilities to TEAM’s platform to strengthen its field workforce offering and accelerate product innovation.
