HOYA Corporation completed the acquisition of Performance Optics, LLC (including subsidiaries VISION EASE and Daemyung Optical) from Wind Point Partners. The deal expands HOYA Vision Care’s product capabilities in polycarbonate, photochromic, polarized and high-index lens technologies and broadens its global manufacturing footprint across the United States, South Korea, China, Thailand and Indonesia.
