Generative AI Solutions (MAI Cloud) Acquires Pulse AI Compute Solutions Inc.

MAI Cloud Solutions Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Generative AI Solutions Corp. (GenAI), agreed to acquire all issued and outstanding shares of Pulse AI Compute Solutions Inc. from Minework Technologies Pte Ltd for an aggregate purchase price of $1,500,000 paid in GenAI common shares, plus additional contingent share-based payments tied to revenue milestones. The deal is intended to provide MAI Cloud with immediate customers, enable discounted procurement of NVIDIA H100 GPUs through Pulse AI, and support GenAI's broader vertically integrated AI compute and cloud strategy.
