Kailo Medical, a Melbourne-based provider of structured reporting and healthcare interoperability solutions, has acquired REI AI, a clinician-founded generative AI start-up focused on radiology reporting. The acquisition brings generative reporting capabilities into Kailo's product suite and appoints REI AI founder Dr. Reuben Schmidt as Director of Clinical AI to accelerate integration and clinical adoption.
