Alpine Investors Invests in Northeast Ohio Eye Surgeons and Ohio Eye Care Consultants

Alpine Investors has made a private investment in Northeast Ohio Eye Surgeons (NEOES) and its subsidiary Ohio Eye Care Consultants (OECC) to form a new ophthalmology platform focused on scaling clinical and surgical eye care in northeast Ohio. The practices will continue operating under their existing brands, and Alpine has named Joseph Giles as CEO-in-Residence to lead the new platform; terms were not disclosed.
