Arc Acquires Rural and Leisure Events Portfolio from Fortem International

Arc, the London-based global events, data and media platform backed by funds managed by EagleTree Capital, has acquired a five-brand rural and leisure events portfolio from Fortem International. The events will be integrated into Arc's Agriconnect business (including Farmers Guardian Ltd. and LAMMA Ltd.) to deepen Arc's presence in the UK agriculture and rural leisure markets.
