Deloitte has acquired substantially all of the assets of SimplrOps, a boutique SaaS company that automates and manages Cloud ERP and HCM (Workday, SAP, Oracle) operations and implementations. The acquisition will allow Deloitte to embed SimplrOps’ platform into its Human Capital and Cloud ERP offerings, accelerating time-to-value, improving release management, and enabling the firm to offer one of its first standalone SaaS products.

Lightcast Acquires Simply, UK Workforce Analytics Firm

Lightcast has acquired Simply (Simply Get Results), a UK-based workforce analytics and skills intelligence provider, and will integrate the Simply team into its Skill Collective consulting arm. The acquisition expands Lightcast's consulting capabilities and global reach in skills-driven workforce planning by combining Simply's data-driven workforce planning services with Lightcast's labor market intelligence platform.

Upflex Acquires WorkClub to Accelerate Hybrid Working Across Europe

Upflex has acquired WorkClub, the UK aggregator of on-demand workspaces, and will integrate WorkClub's team and network into its platform to form Upflex EMEA with a new European HQ in London. The deal expands Upflex's footprint in the UK and Europe, adding roughly 500 UK locations (about 400,000 sq. ft.) and strengthening its enterprise-facing flexible workspace offering.

Simplify Compliance Acquires Human Capital Institute

Simplify Compliance, a portfolio company of Leeds Equity Partners, has acquired Human Capital Institute (HCI), a Cincinnati-based provider of HR and talent management leadership education. HCI will join Simplify Compliance under its Business & Learning Resources (BLR) brand to expand the firm's capabilities in the human capital management market; terms were not disclosed.

Providence Service Corporation Acquires Simplura Health Group from One Equity Partners

Providence Service Corporation (through its subsidiary Logisticare) has agreed to acquire Simplura Health Group from One Equity Partners. Simplura, a Valley Stream, New York–headquartered provider of non-medical home care services with more than 15,000 employees and 57 locations across seven states, was grown by OEP via eight add-on acquisitions and is expected to close in Q4 2020 pending approvals.

CyEx Acquires Simpluris Inc.

The acquisition will allow CyEx to add settlement administration capabilities and deliver data breach restitution services to a broader set of clients while Simpluris will continue to operate as a standalone business under its existing leadership.
