Arista Networks Acquires Awake Security

Arista Networks agreed to acquire Awake Security, an AI-driven Network Detection and Response (NDR) provider, to integrate Awake's threat-detection capabilities into Arista’s networking and security portfolio. The deal (announced Sept. 28, 2020) is expected to close in Arista’s fiscal Q4 2020 and strengthens Arista's offerings for client-to-cloud security and real-time threat response.
