Toronto-based private equity firm Lynx Equity Limited has acquired Yding Gruppen A/S, a commercial cleaning and sanitization provider operating across Jutland, Denmark. The deal — an add-on to Lynx's existing Danish platform PartnerService ApS — brings over 100 employees and aims to create operational synergies while founder Kurt Skydt remains involved to ensure a smooth transition.

Toronto-based private equity firm Lynx Equity Limited has acquired Kalmeijer Bakkerijmachines, a Dutch manufacturer of artisanal bakery machines headquartered in The Hague. The deal preserves existing management (CEO and former owner Ewout de Koning to remain at least one year), maintains staff, and gives Lynx a foothold in the Netherlands as it expands its European portfolio.

Norvestor Acquires Majority Stake in Langer & Laumann

Norvestor will become the largest shareholder (acquiring from Odewald KMU and the company founders) and plans to support international expansion and buy-and-build initiatives across the Nordics and other European markets; the deal closed on 15 June 2023.
