Data Network Services, a Virginia-based managed service provider backed by Cloud Equity Group, has acquired Datacom Specialists, an Ohio-based managed service provider serving small- and medium-sized businesses. The deal is DNS’s first add-on since CEG’s December 2020 investment and is intended to expand DNS’s service offerings and client footprint; financial terms were not disclosed.
