The deal is Cook & Boardman's eleventh acquisition under Platinum Equity's ownership and expands C&B's footprint and manufacturing capabilities in the Southeastern U.S.

The deal — Cook & Boardman's twelfth acquisition since Littlejohn's 2018 investment — will keep H & H Door operating under its current name and expand Cook & Boardman's installation and integrated-security capabilities in Central and South Texas; terms were not disclosed.
