The Cook & Boardman Group, a Littlejohn & Co. portfolio company, has acquired Victoria, Texas-based H & H Door, a turnkey provider of doors, frames, hardware, overhead doors and integrated security solutions. The deal — Cook & Boardman's twelfth acquisition since Littlejohn's 2018 investment — will keep H & H Door operating under its current name and expand Cook & Boardman's installation and integrated-security capabilities in Central and South Texas; terms were not disclosed.

Cook & Boardman Acquires HCHoodCo

The Cook & Boardman Group has acquired HCHoodCo, a Bellefonte, Pennsylvania-based distributor of commercial doors, hardware and access control solutions. The transaction brings HCHoodCo's roughly 30 employees into Cook & Boardman's platform and expands C&B's footprint in the Mid-Atlantic / Pennsylvania market. Terms were not disclosed.

Terms were not disclosed; Jones will continue to operate under its existing name. The deal is Cook & Boardman's eleventh acquisition under Platinum Equity's ownership and expands C&B's footprint and manufacturing capabilities in the Southeastern U.S.
