Volaris Group has acquired Zupa Tech Limited, the provider of the Caternet catering management platform, and will integrate it into IndiCater Limited, a Volaris company. The deal brings Zupa's platform—used across 2,000+ UK sites—into IndiCater's foodservice and hospitality suite to accelerate product capabilities and customer support.
