The acquisition brings Data Center Frontier's audience and editorial team into Endeavor's Advanced Technology Group to expand its coverage and advertising reach in the data center and cloud infrastructure market.

EQT Acquires Scale Microgrids from Warburg Pincus

EQT Transition Infrastructure has agreed to acquire Scale Microgrids, a vertically integrated developer, owner and operator of microgrids and distributed energy assets, from Warburg Pincus and other existing shareholders. Headquartered in Ridgewood, New Jersey, Scale operates roughly 250 MW of assets with a ~2.5 GW near-term pipeline; EQT said it will invest to scale commercial processes, software and project execution to accelerate growth in distributed generation and resilience offerings.

Endeavor Business Media has acquired a portfolio of Scranton Gillette Communications brands — including Construction Equipment, Roads & Bridges, Storm Water Solutions, Water Quality Products, and Water and Wastes Digest — strengthening Endeavor's position in transportation, water and wastewater markets. The deal expands Endeavor's B2B media audience and advertiser offerings; Scranton Gillette Communications acted as the seller and was advised by Nick Curci of Corporate Solutions.

ABM Acquires RavenVolt to Expand Microgrid and Energy Solutions

ABM has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire RavenVolt, Inc., a Georgia-based provider of turn-key microgrid systems, for $170 million in cash at closing plus up to $280 million in post-closing earn-outs (maximum total purchase price of $450 million). The acquisition expands ABM's Technical Solutions and eMobility capabilities, adds microgrid design, installation and branded generator/switchgear product offerings, and is expected to close in ABM's fourth fiscal quarter of 2022 subject to HSR clearance.

Generac Acquires Off Grid Energy Ltd
