Highlander Partners Acquires DZYNE Technologies

Dallas-based private equity firm Highlander Partners has acquired DZYNE Technologies, a designer and manufacturer of advanced unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) that serve the U.S. Department of Defense and other government customers. The deal establishes Highlander’s UAS platform (High Point Aerotechnologies division), with existing management retaining a significant ownership stake and Regions Bank providing financing.

Accenture Acquires UK-based AI Consultancy Decho

Accenture has acquired Decho, a UK-based technology and AI consultancy and Palantir strategic alliance partner, to strengthen its Palantir and generative AI capabilities for health, government, defense and commercial clients. Decho's team of roughly 40 specialist engineers will be integrated into Accenture's Data & AI organization in the UK; terms were not disclosed.

FDH Aero Acquires Madison Aerospace
