Ascentis, a Minneapolis-based provider of cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions, has acquired Integrated Time Systems (ITS), a Wisconsin-based time and attendance solutions provider. The deal strengthens Ascentis' workforce management capabilities, expands its geographic presence in the U.S. Midwest, and enhances its customer service and HCM product suite.

ACS Group (formerly American Cybersystems) acquired The Ascent Services Group, a national IT and life sciences consulting and staffing firm, in a transaction that closed in December 2019. The acquisition — from Ascent's financial sponsor Sycamore Hill Capital Partners — expands ACS Group's geographic footprint and strengthens its IT and life-sciences staffing capabilities as ACS pushes toward the $1 billion revenue milestone.

The deal gives Ascent a strategic German hub, strengthens its Azure and Financial Services capabilities, and adds ~70 employees and approximately €8m of revenue to the platform.

UKG Inc. Acquires Quorbit

UKG Inc. has acquired Quorbit, an Oxford-based startup that provides long-term workforce planning and labor-forecasting software for frontline and hourly roles. The acquisition will integrate Quorbit’s Google Cloud–built planning capabilities into UKG’s HCM suite to enhance strategic workforce planning, employee development, and operational insights for industries such as food service, hospitality, logistics, manufacturing, and retail.

Ascent Acquires Mango Solutions

The undisclosed deal adds about 65 employees and approximately £5M in annual revenue to Ascent and is an add-on to its existing platform business.

The acquisition expands Anser's capabilities and geographic coverage across healthcare, transportation and education markets and brings Ascent's program controls and finance consulting expertise into Anser's national platform.
