The deal marks Care Advantage's entry into South Carolina and is supported by equity sponsor Searchlight Capital; financial terms were not disclosed.

Caregiver Inc. Acquires Four I/DD Service Providers in Indiana and Ohio

Fort Worth-based Caregiver Inc. acquired four providers — Heartland Residential (Indiana), Opportunities To Succeed (Ohio), Concepts in Community Living (Ohio) and Hope Homes of Richland County (Ohio) — expanding its long-term services and supports footprint in Indiana and Ohio. The transactions add roughly 200 individuals served and about 300 employees to Caregiver’s network and extend its supported living, group home and adult day service capabilities.
