Dover Acquires Soft-Pak Software Solutions

Dover Corporation has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire So. Cal. Soft-Pak, Inc. (Soft-Pak), a provider of back-office, route-management and CRM software for waste and recycling fleets. Soft-Pak will join Dover's Environmental Solutions Group within its Engineered Products segment to expand ESG's connected-vehicle and digital offerings; terms were not disclosed and the deal was expected to close in Q1 2020.
