Charlesbank Capital Partners’ Charlesbank Technology Opportunities Fund has acquired WolfePak Software (WP Holdco, LLC) from Fort Point Capital. WolfePak, headquartered in Abilene, Texas, provides ERP, operational and regulatory compliance software to ~1,900 customers in the oil & gas sector; Charlesbank says it will accelerate growth and build on WolfePak’s industry position. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition is an add-on that expands WolfePak’s product offering for oil and gas customers to include lease, contract and mineral-rights management with integrated mapping functionality.

Dover Acquires Soft-Pak Software Solutions

Dover Corporation has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire So. Cal. Soft-Pak, Inc. (Soft-Pak), a provider of back-office, route-management and CRM software for waste and recycling fleets. Soft-Pak will join Dover's Environmental Solutions Group within its Engineered Products segment to expand ESG's connected-vehicle and digital offerings; terms were not disclosed and the deal was expected to close in Q1 2020.
