Q CELLS has agreed to acquire 100% of Growing Energy Labs, Inc. (Geli), a San Francisco–based provider of energy storage software and solutions, to combine Geli's AI-powered BESS design and management platform with Q CELLS' solar and energy offerings. The acquisition expands Q CELLS' capabilities in integrated solar+storage (PV+EMS+ESS) and marks a strategic entrance/expansion into the U.S. commercial & industrial distributed energy market.
