Eastern Communications Ltd., a mission-critical communications provider, has acquired Hazlet, New Jersey-based PMC Wireless, a regional public safety communications technology integrator led by the Casciano family. The deal expands Eastern's Tri-State service footprint and brings additional technical capabilities and product categories into Eastern's national distribution network to better serve public safety, utilities, and transportation customers.

The investment is led by Dunes Point Capital Fund III with co-investors including funds managed by Partners Capital and debt financing from Audax Private Debt, TPG Twin Brook and Manulife; Eastern is headquartered in Queens, New York and employs approximately 200 people.
