Hackensack-based Eastern DataComm has acquired OSI Technology of Warren, New Jersey to expand its safety and communications capabilities and deepen its presence in the K–12, municipal and commercial markets in New Jersey. The acquisition adds OSI’s decades of experience in video surveillance, VoIP, access control, and networking to Eastern DataComm’s portfolio of integrated safety and communication solutions.
