Postman Acquires Akita Software

Postman Acquires Fern

The entire Fern team will join Postman, with Fern's product, brand and roadmap remaining in place to expand Postman's API documentation and SDK capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.

Handshake Acquires Cleanlab

Handshake has acquired Cleanlab to integrate Cleanlab’s data-quality, confident learning, and LLM-evaluation research and technologies into Handshake’s talent and AI services. The acquisition positions Handshake to offer stronger data-quality and model-evaluation capabilities to frontier AI labs and enterprise customers, while Cleanlab’s open-source package will remain available under a more permissive Apache-2.0 license.

Bain & Company Acquires PiperLab

Bain & Company has acquired Madrid-based PiperLab, a provider of AI and machine learning solutions, to strengthen Bain's Advanced Analytics Group (AAG) and scale its technology and analytics capabilities across EMEA. PiperLab, founded in 2015, will form part of Bain’s AAG ecosystem and help deliver data-driven solutions to clients across industries including insurance, telecoms, utilities and logistics.

Perforce Acquires 21 Labs

Perforce Software, backed by Clearlake Capital and Francisco Partners, acquired 21 Labs, an AI-based scriptless mobile testing SaaS provider, to expand its Perfecto intelligent test automation portfolio. The acquisition integrates 21 Labs' framework-agnostic, self-learning mobile test automation into Perforce's Perfecto platform to deliver broader continuous testing capabilities for enterprise customers.
