(EMSI), a California-based developer of AI/ML automated target recognition software and radar simulation tools for space-based and other radar systems. The acquisition strengthens Voyager's AI-enabled ISR capabilities and expands its mission-resilient sensing and intelligence analytics offerings for defense, intelligence and space customers.

The business will join Dover's Microwave Products Group within its Engineered Products segment to expand capabilities for size, weight and power (SWaP)-sensitive applications across aerospace, defense, semiconductor, automotive and medical end markets.

Albers Aerospace has completed the acquisition of an undisclosed global leader in Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) integration. DLA Piper advised Albers on the transaction, which Albers said will immediately expand its ISR capabilities and strengthen its mission-focused solutions for defense customers.
