Voyager Technologies (NYSE: VOYG) acquired ElectroMagnetic Systems, Inc. (EMSI), a California-based developer of AI/ML automated target recognition software and radar simulation tools for space-based and other radar systems. The acquisition strengthens Voyager's AI-enabled ISR capabilities and expands its mission-resilient sensing and intelligence analytics offerings for defense, intelligence and space customers.
