Voyager Technologies (NYSE: VOYG) has acquired Estes Energetics, a U.S. manufacturer of energetics, propulsion materials and specialized chemical compounds used in missile defense and tactical munitions. The deal gives Voyager vertical control over production, certification and surge capacity for critical energetics, strengthening domestic propulsion capabilities for defense, space and national security customers.

The deal gives Voyager ExoTerra's Halo thruster technology and existing contracts (including DARPA and NASA work), enabling expanded domestic manufacturing and improved mission-critical propulsion offerings.

(MSI), a Fairfax, Virginia software and systems engineering firm that serves the Intelligence Community. The deal brings MSI's employee-owned engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, and data science capabilities into VTG to deepen technical capabilities and scale mission-focused services for defense and intelligence customers.

Stronvar Aerospace (backed by Blackstone) Acquires Electro Methods Inc.

General Atomics Acquires EO Vista, LLC

EO Vista currently supplies the EO/IR weather sensor payload for a U.S. Space Force contract to deliver an EO/IR Weather System (EWS) satellite; the acquisition expands GA-EMS's sensor and space systems capabilities.
