Voyager Technologies (NYSE: VOYG) has acquired ExoTerra Resource, a developer of advanced electric propulsion systems, to strengthen U.S.-based propulsion capabilities for defense and commercial space markets. The deal gives Voyager ExoTerra's Halo thruster technology and existing contracts (including DARPA and NASA work), enabling expanded domestic manufacturing and improved mission-critical propulsion offerings.
