Tailwind Two Acquisition Corp. completed a business combination with Terran Orbital Corporation, resulting in Terran Orbital becoming a publicly traded company on the NYSE under the ticker LLAP on March 28, 2022. The combined company received approximately $255.4 million of gross equity and $175.3 million of gross debt financings from PIPE and debt participants including AE Industrial Partners, Beach Point Capital, Francisco Partners, Lockheed Martin, Fuel Venture Capital and others to fund manufacturing expansion and development of an earth observation satellite constellation.
