The combined company received approximately $255.4 million of gross equity and $175.3 million of gross debt financings from PIPE and debt participants including AE Industrial Partners, Beach Point Capital, Francisco Partners, Lockheed Martin, Fuel Venture Capital and others to fund manufacturing expansion and development of an earth observation satellite constellation.
