Tyto Athene, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, has completed the acquisition of Qbase LLC, a provider of network modernization and IT digital transformation services for the Department of Defense and national security customers. The deal expands Tyto Athene's network modernization, cybersecurity and analytics capabilities and adds incremental contract vehicles and customer relationships across the DoD and federal national security community.

The deal combines GSI's cleared workforce and DoD contract positions with Tyto’s capabilities and contract vehicles to create a larger pure-play provider of IT professional services to U.S. government customers; terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition will make stackArmor a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tyto and expand Tyto's cloud, cyber automation and compliance capabilities for defense, national security and other regulated federal customers.
