Tyto Athene, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, has completed the acquisition of Qbase LLC, a provider of network modernization and IT digital transformation services for the Department of Defense and national security customers. The deal expands Tyto Athene's network modernization, cybersecurity and analytics capabilities and adds incremental contract vehicles and customer relationships across the DoD and federal national security community.

The deal closed on June 30, 2024; MindPoint's president, Patti Chanthaphone, will lead Tyto's Federal Civilian Group to expand the company's cyber capabilities and federal civilian/law enforcement footprint.
