Tyto Athene, a PE-backed federal systems integrator sponsored by Arlington Capital Partners, has completed its acquisition of AT&T Government Solutions (GSI), AT&T’s Department of Defense-focused IT professional services business. The deal combines GSI's cleared workforce and DoD contract positions with Tyto’s capabilities and contract vehicles to create a larger pure-play provider of IT professional services to U.S. government customers; terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition will make stackArmor a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tyto and expand Tyto's cloud, cyber automation and compliance capabilities for defense, national security and other regulated federal customers.

KCI Acquires Advanced Telecommunications Solutions (ATS)

KCI's telecommunications division has acquired Advanced Telecommunications Solutions (ATS), a Richmond, Virginia-based installer of wireless industry equipment. The acquisition brings 16 ATS team members to KCI and expands KCI's telecommunications installation capabilities and geographic presence in Virginia.
