Tyto Athene, a PE-backed federal systems integrator sponsored by Arlington Capital Partners, has completed its acquisition of AT&T Government Solutions (GSI), AT&T’s Department of Defense-focused IT professional services business. The deal combines GSI's cleared workforce and DoD contract positions with Tyto’s capabilities and contract vehicles to create a larger pure-play provider of IT professional services to U.S. government customers; terms were not disclosed.

Tyto Athene, a federal systems integrator and portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, has acquired stackArmor, a provider of FedRAMP, FISMA/RMF and CMMC/DFARS compliance acceleration, cloud and security automation solutions. The acquisition will make stackArmor a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tyto and expand Tyto's cloud, cyber automation and compliance capabilities for defense, national security and other regulated federal customers.
