Phantom Space Corporation Acquires StratSpace

Phantom Space Corporation has acquired StratSpace, a 20-year space systems consultancy and satellite systems engineering firm, to expand Phantom's capabilities across satellite design, manufacturing support and space program management. The deal brings StratSpace's technical know-how and customer relationships (including NASA and major defense primes) into Phantom's vertically integrated offering of rockets, satellites and space data infrastructure.

RocketStar Acquires Miles Space

RocketStar announced it has acquired Miles Space and closed a $2.0 million seed financing that also converted $1.4 million of notes into Series Seed equity. The acquisition brings Miles Space's electric thruster and digital signal processing communications capabilities into RocketStar’s portfolio to accelerate development of fusion-enhanced propulsion, in-space communications, and launch offerings.

Mercury Systems Acquires Atlanta Micro

Mercury Systems acquired Atlanta Micro, a Norcross, Georgia–based designer and manufacturer of high-performance RF modules and MMICs, to expand its RF and microwave component portfolio and deepen penetration in electronic warfare, radar and weapons markets. The all-cash purchase (subject to working capital and net debt adjustments) is expected to add approximately $16 million in trailing revenue and be immediately accretive to adjusted EPS.

(ASI), a Colorado-based aerospace engineering firm specializing in flight software, mission simulation, and GNC, for $40 million plus up to $5.5 million of performance-based earnouts. The deal expands Rocket Lab's Space Systems capabilities and integrates ASI's proven flight software and GNC expertise into Rocket Lab's Photon and broader spacecraft offerings.
