RocketStar Acquires Miles Space

RocketStar announced it has acquired Miles Space and closed a $2.0 million seed financing that also converted $1.4 million of notes into Series Seed equity. The acquisition brings Miles Space's electric thruster and digital signal processing communications capabilities into RocketStar’s portfolio to accelerate development of fusion-enhanced propulsion, in-space communications, and launch offerings.

L3Harris to Acquire Aerojet Rocketdyne

L3Harris Technologies has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, Inc. for $58 per share in an all-cash transaction valued at $4.7 billion inclusive of net debt. The deal, financed with cash and new debt, will combine Aerojet Rocketdyne’s propulsion and energetics capabilities (about $2.3 billion in revenue and ~5,200 employees) with L3Harris to strengthen defense propulsion, hypersonics and missile-defense offerings; the transaction is expected to close subject to regulatory approvals in 2023.
