Boyd Group Services Inc. Acquires Joe Hudson's Collision Center

Boyd Group Services Inc. completed the acquisition of Joe Hudson's Collision Center (JHCC Holdings LLC) for approximately US$1.3 billion, adding 258 collision-repair locations and increasing Boyd's North American footprint by 25% to 1,301 locations. The deal, funded via a US equity offering, senior notes and borrowings on its credit facility, strengthens Boyd's density in the U.S. Southeast and is expected to generate meaningful cost synergies.
