IFS has completed its CAN$1 billion acquisition of Copperleaf Technologies Inc., buying all outstanding shares for CAN$12.00 each following regulatory and shareholder approvals. The deal brings Copperleaf’s decision-analytics and capital investment planning capabilities into IFS’s Industrial AI and enterprise cloud portfolio to expand asset-management and capital-planning offerings for asset-heavy industries.
