The deal folds Blue Commodities into Oil Brokerage and OTC Global Holdings, with Blue Commodities CEO Jon Pike becoming COO, Physical, and the target's leadership and desk heads remaining in place to preserve client relationships across Northwest Europe, the Mediterranean and West Africa.

Global Partners LP completed the acquisition of 25 liquid energy terminals from Motiva Enterprises LLC for $305.8 million in cash, supported by a 25-year take-or-pay throughput agreement with Motiva.
