TRC Healthcare (Therapeutic Research Center) acquired CriticalPoint, LLC and Kastango Consulting Group (formerly Clinical IQ, LLC) to expand its sterile and non-sterile compounding training, eLearning, and consulting offerings. The deal brings CriticalPoint's eLearning, live training, SOPs and peer networks together with Kastango's customized consulting services to strengthen TRC's medication safety and clinical education portfolio.

TRC Healthcare Acquires QURE Healthcare
