The deal augments TRC's education platform and strengthens its domain expertise in compounding, aseptic processing and USP compliance.

TRC Healthcare Acquires QURE Healthcare

TRC Healthcare, a Denver-based provider of continuing education for healthcare professionals, has acquired QURE Healthcare to scale QURE's Clinical Performance and Value (CPV) patient simulation software and strengthen TRC's evidence-based education offerings. QURE founder Dr. John Peabody will continue as QURE's president and will also serve as Chief Medical Officer at TRC, as the acquisition aims to reduce unwarranted variation in care and improve patient outcomes.
