Anaqua, the Boston-based intellectual property (IP) management software provider, has acquired SeeUnity, a Johnstown, Colorado-based provider of API-based enterprise content integration and migration software. Anaqua will integrate SeeUnity's connector library and migration tools into its AQX and PATTSY WAVE platforms, retain SeeUnity's employees, and expand investment in product, engineering, and client-facing resources.

Anova — which monitors more than 1.8 million assets for over 2,000 customers across 80+ countries — will remain led by its current management while Aurora plans to support product investment, international expansion and add-on M&A to grow the platform; Summit Partners is reported as the seller.
