Anaqua Acquires SeeUnity

Anaqua, the Boston-based intellectual property (IP) management software provider, has acquired SeeUnity, a Johnstown, Colorado-based provider of API-based enterprise content integration and migration software. Anaqua will integrate SeeUnity's connector library and migration tools into its AQX and PATTSY WAVE platforms, retain SeeUnity's employees, and expand investment in product, engineering, and client-facing resources.
