Anaqua, the Boston-based intellectual property (IP) management software provider, has acquired SeeUnity, a Johnstown, Colorado-based provider of API-based enterprise content integration and migration software. Anaqua will integrate SeeUnity's connector library and migration tools into its AQX and PATTSY WAVE platforms, retain SeeUnity's employees, and expand investment in product, engineering, and client-facing resources.

Anaqua Acquires Quantify IP

Anaqua, a provider of intellectual property management software, has acquired Quantify IP, a developer of global IP cost-estimating software, to integrate advanced cost budgeting and forecasting tools into its IP management platform. The acquisition expands Anaqua's product capabilities by adding Quantify IP's Global IP Estimator and Portfolio Estimator for law firms and corporate IP teams.

Geospace Technologies Acquires Aquana, LLC

Geospace Technologies Corporation acquired 100% of Aquana, LLC, a provider of wireless IoT water monitoring and remote shut-off valve systems, which will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary. The deal included an initial cash payment of $1.4 million plus contingent cash payments over a six-year earn-out; Geospace said the acquisition expands its IoT and smart city capabilities and complements its existing product and manufacturing base.

Astorg and Bridgepoint Acquire Fenergo from Insight Partners

Astorg and Bridgepoint have signed a definitive agreement to acquire Fenergo, the Dublin-headquartered provider of KYC and Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) SaaS, from Insight Partners. The acquisition (completed following European Commission approval) will fund Fenergo's next growth phase, supporting its SaaS strategy, product development and geographic expansion; financial terms were not disclosed.
