Eureka Education Acquires Euridis Toulouse and Six Silvya Terrade/Catherine Sertin Schools

Eureka Education completed five acquisitions that expand its geographic coverage in France, taking over the activities of Euridis Toulouse and acquiring four transactions that add six Silvya Terrade schools (including the École Catherine Sertin in Paris). The deals add nearly 1,000 students to the group's campuses and are financed by a previously arranged unitranche credit provided by Tikehau Capital.

Volaris Group Acquires Eureka Technology

Volaris Group has acquired Eureka Technology, a French provider of the Dispatch Real Time Suite ERP for transport, courier and just-in-time delivery operators. Eureka — founded in 2002 and operating two offices in France with 34 employees — will retain its name and autonomy while gaining Volaris's financial and operational support to expand within the asset management and logistics vertical.

Eurazeo to Acquire Eres Group Stake from IK Partners

Eurazeo has signed an agreement to acquire the stake in French fintech Eres Group from IK Partners' IK VIII Fund; financial terms were not disclosed and the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals. Eres, headquartered in Paris, is a leading provider of employee profit-sharing, retirement schemes and asset management with approximately €6.7 billion in assets under management and a distribution network of over 6,600 distributors.

Eureka Equity Partners Acquires Synergi, LLC

Eureka Equity Partners has acquired Synergi, LLC, a leading engineering and construction firm that designs, fabricates and installs modular feature staircases, in a transaction executed in partnership with Synergi's senior management. Lafayette Square provided the debt financing to support the acquisition and BDO Capital served as Synergi's exclusive financial advisor; management will remain in place to continue growing the business from its Elkridge, Maryland headquarters.

Techouse Group Acquires Eureka Group AS

Triton portfolio company Techouse Group AS has agreed to acquire Eureka Group AS from Remold Invest AS (owned by HitecVision funds) and Aker Capital AS. Eureka, an Oslo-based pump and genset supplier with ~150 employees, will operate as a separate subsidiary to expand Techouse Group's offshore and energy recovery offering and diversify into non-oil & gas segments including offshore wind.

EQT to Acquire Majority Stake in Universidad Europea from Permira

EQT Infrastructure VI has agreed to acquire a majority position in Universidad Europea from Permira, which will retain a significant minority stake. EQT plans to invest in the university's campuses and digital capabilities to expand its online and hybrid learning proposition and support geographic expansion; the company operates 12 campuses across Spain and Portugal with 3,400 employees and 54,000 students.
