All4Labels Global Packaging Group, a Triton Fund V portfolio company, has acquired Gráficas Indetic, a Barcelona-based converter of decorative self-adhesive labels and shrink sleeves. The deal makes Indetic a subsidiary of All4Labels as part of the group's strategy to build a leading Iberian business unit and expand its packaging capabilities; terms were not disclosed.
