(through its ADI Global Distribution business) has acquired Herman ProAV, a Miramar, Florida-based distributor of professional audio-visual products and integrator services. The acquisition — which includes Herman Integration Services — is intended to expand ADI's pro‑AV product portfolio, service capabilities and support Resideo's margin and topline growth in the commercial AV market.

Resideo Technologies Acquires Snap One for $1.4B

Resideo Technologies agreed to acquire Snap One Holdings for $10.75 per share in cash, valuing the transaction at approximately $1.4 billion including net debt. Snap One will integrate into Resideo's ADI Global Distribution business to expand Resideo's smart-living product portfolio, proprietary offerings and distribution capabilities; the deal is financed in part by a $500 million perpetual convertible preferred equity investment from Clayton, Dubilier & Rice.

EnergyHub Acquires Resideo Grid Services

AAR CORP. Acquires American Distributors (ADI)

AAR CORP. acquired American Distributors Holding Co., LLC (ADI) for $146 million in an all-cash transaction funded via AAR's existing revolving credit facility. ADI, a distributor of high-performance electronic components and provider of supply chain and manufacturing services headquartered in Randolph, New Jersey with ~400 employees and six locations across the US, UK, and India, will join AAR's Parts Supply segment to expand new parts distribution, OEM relationships, and drive margin improvement.

ECI Software Solutions Acquires Avid Ratings
