inTEST Corporation Acquires Videology Imaging Solutions

The acquisition expands inTEST's process technology and automation capabilities—broadening its presence in life sciences, industrial and international markets—and is expected to be approximately $0.05 accretive to diluted EPS in the first year.

TorQuest Partners, together with co-investors The Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO) and OPTrust, completed the acquisition of VersaCold Logistics Services from KingSett Capital and Ivanhoé Cambridge. BioLife Solutions Acquires Stirling Ultracold

BioLife Solutions, Inc. agreed to acquire Global Cooling, Inc., operating as Stirling Ultracold, in an all-stock merger in which BioLife will issue 6,646,870 shares to acquire 100% of Stirling. The deal (expected to close in early Q2 2021) expands BioLife's cold-chain and ULT freezer product portfolio, adds Stirling’s ~150 employees and IP, and is expected to be accretive on an adjusted net income per share basis in 2022 and beyond.
