Ripple Industries LLC acquired Aftermarket Performance Group (APG) from Heartwood Partners Fund II, LP in early April 2021. APG is a vertically integrated direct-to-consumer eCommerce retailer, private-label manufacturer and distributor of automotive aftermarket parts, and Ripple said it will partner with APG management to accelerate growth across the automotive enthusiast market.
