American Pacific Group Makes Strategic Growth Investment in XLR8 EMS

American Pacific Group (APG), a San Francisco Bay Area private equity firm, made a significant equity growth investment in XLR8 EMS LLC, a San Clemente-based electronic manufacturing services (EMS) and PCB assembly company. APG said it will partner XLR8 with Concisys (an earlier APG investment) to expand capabilities, pursue organic and inorganic growth, and better serve aerospace, medical, industrial and commercial customers.
